Industry Ethics & Training
A shared commitment to ethical conduct, safe distribution and continuous training across Zimbabwe's animal health industry.
A responsible distribution channel
The safe and effective use of veterinary medicines depends on a well-managed distribution channel. AHICZ members commit to a code of ethics that governs how products move from manufacturer or importer through to the farmer, veterinarian or animal owner — ensuring that quality and safety are protected at every step.
Product Integrity
Only registered, quality-assured products should be manufactured, imported and distributed, with correct labelling and storage throughout the supply chain.
Fair & Honest Trade
Members trade honestly and transparently, avoiding misleading claims and competing on the merit and quality of their products and services.
Responsible Distribution
Products reach farmers and animal owners through approved outlets and appropriately qualified personnel who can advise on correct use.
Ongoing Training
Members invest in the training of staff and outlets so that animal health products are stored, dispensed and used safely and effectively.
